1. About BeatPush

BeatPush is a service that helps music producers find unauthorized uses of their beats across music platforms. It is available as a Telegram bot and a web application.

2. What Data We Collect

From Telegram (if connected):

• Telegram user ID — to link your bot session to your web account.
• Telegram username — for support purposes only.

From the web app:

• Audio files you upload — to create fingerprints and scan for matches.
• Session cookies — to maintain your logged-in state.

From YouTube / Google (if connected via OAuth):

• OAuth refresh token — to upload videos to your YouTube channel.
• YouTube channel ID and title — to identify which channel to upload to.

From Pinterest (if connected):

• Pinterest access token — read-only access to boards and pins for cover image selection.

3. How We Use Your Data

• Audio files — fingerprinted via ACRCloud to find matching releases. Files are stored on our server for ongoing monitoring.
• Scan results — stored to show you which tracks match your beats.
• YouTube tokens — used exclusively to upload videos on your behalf.
• Pinterest tokens — used only to read boards/pins for cover images. We do NOT post or modify content on Pinterest.

4. Third-Party Services

• ACRCloud — audio fingerprinting and music recognition.
• Spotify Web API — artist metadata and contact discovery (no user auth required).
• YouTube Data API — video uploads (requires your OAuth consent).
• Pinterest API — board/pin reading (requires your OAuth consent).

BeatPush's use of Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

5. Data Storage and Security

• All data is stored on a private VPS accessible only via SSH with key-based authentication.
• No data is stored in third-party cloud databases or SaaS platforms.
• Session cookies are signed and HTTP-only.

6. Cookies

BeatPush uses a single session cookie (bs_session) to maintain your login state. No analytics, tracking, or third-party cookies are used.

7. Data Sharing

We do NOT:

• Sell your data to any third party.
• Share your data for advertising or marketing.
• Transfer data to AI models or analytics platforms.

8. Your Rights

• Disconnect YouTube/Pinterest via the bot menu (tokens deleted immediately).
• Revoke access in your Google Account permissions.
• Request complete data deletion by emailing tiressssss@gmail.com.
