BeatPush is a service that helps music producers detect unauthorized uses of their beats across music platforms. It is available as a Telegram bot (@BeatPush_bot) and a web application (beat-push.ru).
By using BeatPush you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You retain all rights to your content. You grant BeatPush a limited right to process your audio files solely to provide the scanning service. We do not claim ownership of your content.
YouTube: If connected, you authorize BeatPush to upload videos to your channel. You are responsible for complying with YouTube's Terms of Service.
Pinterest: Read-only access to boards and pins. You can disconnect at any time.
By using YouTube features, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge Google's Privacy Policy.
BeatPush uses audio fingerprinting technology to find potential matches. Results are not guaranteed to be complete or accurate. Match scores indicate similarity confidence, not legal certainty. You are responsible for verifying matches and deciding on any actions.
The service is provided "as is". We may modify, suspend, or discontinue it at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or scan inaccuracies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we provide no warranties and are not liable for damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to scan results, upload failures, or third-party account issues.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations. You may stop using the service at any time. Your uploaded beats and scan data will be retained unless you request deletion.
We may update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
